Beta Roadmap: Paratext 10 Studio release schedule for 2025
Apr 1, 2025

Paratext 10 Studio is entering an exciting year of growth and refinement. Available on macOS, Windows, and Linux, the software is becoming more collaborative, interoperable, and resource-rich than ever before. Over the course of three beta releases in 2025—April, July, and November—users and stakeholders can expect steady improvements that strengthen core functionality while expanding new tools for translation teams worldwide.
Key developments include real-time collaborative editing, deeper integration with the Digital Bible Library, and improved support for extension developers through a documented API, templates, and a community on Discord. The Shared Scripture Editor continues to evolve through partnerships with BCS, unfoldingWord, and BiblioNexus, while new features like Enhanced Resources and the Lexicon Extension are being introduced, expanded, and even reimagined.
As we move through each beta phase, our focus remains on making Bible translation more seamless, accurate, and accessible—empowering local translators, tool adopters, and decision-makers alike. For the latest updates or to share feedback, visit studio.paratext.org.
